Alexandria-based Port City Brewing Company will release a limited supply of Derecho Common, the beer that was created due to the the power outages from the unforgettable storm last summer. Port City will brew a 180-barrel batch that will be bottled for sale at retailers and on draft at restaurants in the area. The beer will be released on June 29, the anniversary of the storm.
